Microsoft Signs NDA – Now Potential Bidder to Aqcuire Yahoo!

November 23, 2011 No Comments

Seems like Microsoft has signed a nondisclosure agreement with Yahoo, according to a person briefed on the matter. Which makes Microsoft officially a potential bidder for Yahoo.

Why purchase Yahoo? Seems to be that Microsoft is interested in keeping the relationship between the two as far as Bing is concerned. Another factor that is being spoken about is adding Skype to Yahoo which would add to Yahoo’s draw.

Representatives for Microsoft and Yahoo declined to comment or were not immediately available.
