About Square Off:
Square Off is a 2.5D Survival Shooter and features a seven level single player campaign, including a round based Survival Mode where you fight off ever-increasing waves of enemies. It features a full musical score and a quirky 2D art style complete with stylised 3D environments and guns!

For centuries, humanity has fended off the attacks of a vicious alien species. An Eccentric professor, long since confined to a mental institution as a diabolical idea! The DNA of a captured alien is embedded into the nucleus of a cell, extracted from the professor’s own brain!

A Squadron of Square Avengers is spawned. Can the professor’s hybrid-mutants save the mutant race from eternal enslavement to a savage master?

About Gnomic Studios:
Gnomic Studios is a game developer based in Perth, Western Australia. It was founded in early 2009  to develop a game for Microsoft’s  Dream.Build.Play. competition.

The finished product, Square Off, ranked 15th overall and was second place for Australia. With the success of placing in the top 20 Gnomic then decided to release Square Off for the Xbox Live Indie Games (XBLIG) platform.

Not wanting to rest on their laurels, Gnomic are now working on new indie titles on various mobile platforms, including recent successful release of Square Off on Windows Phone.

Our Review:
The best part of this game? It is extremely addictive! You can literally lose yourself in the game. Something that not many mobile games have ever made me feel. I really encourage all of you to try this game as it is one of the best games out there in the marketplace right now including Xbox Live games. – READ OUR WHOLE REVIEW
