New Microsoft Video Showcases Windows Phone Mango for Japan – Exclusive Apps

With the Mango launch coming soon, some milestones will be reached like Windows Phone finally landing in Japan. Microsoft has built their Windows Phone website for Japanese users and now they have produced a new video demo of Windows Phone Mango for Japan. While showing off the newly updated OS, they also showed off a few new Japan exclusive apps

  • mixi – Mixi is the most popular social networking service (SNS) in Japan. While Facebook has only 3.85 million users, mixi has 23 million users.
  • NAVITIME – Navitime is one of popular navigation services in Japan including roadmaps, transit information for train & bus.
  • Hotpepper – Hotpepper is popular gourmet and coupon service in Japan.
  • Jorudan Norikae-Annai – Jorudan is popular train route finder service in Japan.
