‘Super Meat Boy’ Publisher Announces ‘Sniper Boy’ for Windows Phone (Update)

Headup games, publishers of Super Meat Boy: Ultra Edition, have announced Sniper Boyfor Windows Phone. Super Meat Boy has one tons of awards and it regarded as one of the best Xbox Live arcade games. They are touting this game as  “the first full reflection sniper robot puzzle shoot’em’up mobile game.”  – We will have to take their word on that

“Sniper Boy lets players take control of Sniper Boy, the best sniper robot in all of BotWorld. BotWorld’s inhabitants have been infected by a virus that has made them haywire, and it is your job to remove the infected robots.

Gamers will have limited ammunition and they must use the reflective walls to increase score and eliminate multiple robots at once. There is a total of fifty levels in five different settings with an additional twenty “extra challenging bonus-levels.”  – True Achievements

The game is slated to be released next month for Xbox Live on Windows Phone 7.

Update: To clarify ‘Sniper Boy’ is NOT being developed by Team Meat (developers of the awesome game Super Meat Boy) It is being published by Headup games – responsible for publishing Super Meat Boy for the PC
