June 16, 2011 No Comments

With Gamefest 2011 nearing, Microsoft has detailed their agenda for the event. In the agenda though they let slip something that hasn’t been made official yet. In-game purchases for Xbox Live games will be available with the Mango update later this year. The also spill the beans on their new game “Beards & Beaks” having in-game purchases via the new API.

It looks though as indie developers will not have this new API at their disposal at first. Hopefully it will be available to them shortly afterwards.
