More Proof That Multiplayer is Coming to Windows Phone 7?

There has been continuous speculation that multiplayer gaming will be coming to Windows Phone 7 when the Mango update drops this Fall. One thing that has helped fuel the rumors is a video that was posted on the internet demonstrating Mango in which you can see (only for like a second) an option to “Pick a multi-player game and invite someone to play”.

If you needed more concrete proof, I think we may have found it. Microsoft snuck the word “multiplayer” in with other features of Xbox Live into the Xbox Live games trailer released for E3. Obviously this is a strategic move to get people speculating and talking about what’s coming with Mango. Well played Microsoft because it’s totally working.
