Windows Phone 7 Certified MicroSD Cards Being Sold

April 15, 2011 No Comments

We all know the deal by now… Most WP7 phones can’t access the MicroSD card slot without demolishing the warranty. The card slot is user friendly on a rare few though but the problem is that Microsoft still warned you not to try. Why? because the internal memory and the space on the card worked as one. So if the card that you placed inside the phone wasn’t up to par… You were in BIG trouble,

Now after all that hoopla months ago, AT&T started selling certified MicroSD cards. You can get a 8GB for $32.

MicroSD

Better late than never… I guess  Disappointed smile

But we all rather AT&T work on all that ‘testing’ to get NoDo (March update) running for all their WP7 users.
