First Wave of ‘NoDo’ Updates Begins March 29

March 28, 2011 No Comments

NoDo updates are finally going to begin. According to winrumors, two phone carriers are confirmed to begin pushing out the update as early as tomorrow. The two are Telus- Canada and Orange- UK. No word on what other carriers will be included in the first wave but there is still hope for some. O2 and Vodafone will most likely be in the second wave of updates that is set to begin on April 5th. AT&T customers will continue to be left in the dark for the time being, as AT&T is still testing the update. AT&T released the following statement:

“We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay of Windows Mobile 7. AT&T will make this update available once it has achieved technical acceptance in our labs. Unfortunately, we do not have a date for when an AT&T-approved update will be available.”

Let’s see folks, this time should be the real deal but there has been so much hope lost in this whole process that it’s better to not expect anything and be surprised when you get it then to expect something and be disappointed over and over again.
