Sony Ericsson Qwerty Phone is a Cancelled Prototype

Last weekend there was a picture circulating the internet of a supposed Sony Ericsson Windows Phone 7.  Mobile-Review run by Eldar Murtazin, a very trusted source tweeted that it was nothing more than a cancelled prototype.

While that phone will never make it to the market it begs the question, does Sony Ericsson have anything in store for WP7 users. We all know that Windows Phone 7 already has a partnership with Sony Ericsson, but it’d be nice if we knew something was in the works. Sigh.
