Marketplace Bug Fixed With Pre NoDo Update?

I have been annoyed time and time again with the WP7 Marketplace freezing. You know when you go into the Marketplace and try to scroll too soon or just perform some sort of action before your phone is ready and it kicks you right out of the Marketplace. Then when you try and go back in, it doesn’t let you until you restart your phone. It’s one of those really minor yet super annoying things. Rumor has it that the Pre NoDo update is actually a fix for that same issue and tweets like the one below only add fuel to that fire:

I can’t confirm that as I haven’t received the update myself but I hope to have it soon so that I can confirm for you all whether that’s one of the purposes of the pre Nodo update.
