T-Mobile No Longer Blocking Bing Updates?

It was probably over a month ago when I wriitten an article complaining about how my HD7 wouldn't automatically download the Bing wallpapers. Instead I would have to connect to wifi for the sole purpose of not having to get that dreaded default Bing picture. I combed the internet for an answer to this issue but only came up with speculation. The speculation was that T-Mobile was blocking the Bing wallpapers updates. But why? Perhaps it was due to limiting data transfer, perhaps it was some sort of glitch. Unfortunately since there was no acknowledgement of the issue we can't know why it was happening. One thing i do know however is that the issue seems to have been rectified. I was playing with my husbands HD7 two days ago and saw it update by itself. Naturally I thought it was some kind of fluke, but since then mine has updated without wifi as has one more persons. We can rejoice because it seems whatever the issue was, it isn't anymore.
