Fixed Update in 3 Days for those experiencing the Update Error

We have been on watch since yesterday while some Windows Phone users were having trouble with the update. From our understanding all the phones in question have been Samsung phones. For the most part their Omnia 7 device. Now there is official word from Microsoft and the solution. Another update which is to be released in 3 days that corrects the issue with the update freezing on the 7th step.

For those of you that keep on getting the error. They advise not to attempt to update your phones again and wait until the fix is live.

‘We would recommend at this time, not to retry the update, as subsequent attempts will fail similarly. While we continue to investigate the issue, we would ask that you not attempt the update until your device alerts you of another update opportunity, in approximately 3 days’ time.’

As of right not I guess it is a waiting game until this issue is resolved.
