Rumor: T-Mobile USA Not Picking Up Any Of Nokia’s Recently Announced Devices

November 3, 2013 No Comments

It seems like one US carrier is shying away from the latest and greatest from Nokia. Unconfirmed sources from an insider at T-Mobile(according to My Nokia Blog) claims “that they will not pick up any of Nokia’s latest assortment of devices; even after AT&T’s exclusivity ends”.

Because of this new unconfirmed rumor, we here at WP7Connect believe the carrier is pulling back from Nokia due to the simple fact that sales for the Nokia Lumia 925 weren’t were the carrier expected them at. Our hope is that T-Mobile doesn’t decide to go down that road and that they deliver on new devices that will keep the Windows Phone 8 momentum going. With the devices like the popular low cost Nokia Lumia 521 on the network, one would hope this is all a bluff to get more exclusive devices instead of all of them going straight to AT&T…Stay tuned for further details.
