Apple Maps Still Life Threatening – Leading Users Across Airport Runway

Remember late last year when Apple Maps landed? It was a mess as it was the laughing stock of the tech world for a bit and it was also marked as being life threatening by Australian Police. Almost a year later, it looks like Apple’s mapping service is still causing dangerous situations.

If you’re heading out to Fairbanks International Airport in Alaska, you may want to use another mapping service. Apple Maps is actually leading them to active runways.
