Halo: Spartan Assault Verizon Exclusive TV Commercial Appears (Video)

July 20, 2013 No Comments

It was only a mater of time before we found out what Verizon’s end of the deal was for having the newly released Halo: Spartan Assault  as an exclusive 30 day title, that those(including me) with other US mobiles carriers groaned in pain at. Below is a TV ad that will most likely air nationwide showcasing the new title for those unaware and in turn, help promote Verizon’s services as well as the best mobile game available on any device currently. Check out the 31 second ad below:

Now, I know what your thinking..Why on Heaven couldn’t the big guys at Microsoft just do away exclusives and release their apps/game simultaneously on all devices? The answer, and hear me out, is so that they attach more carriers/ hardware makers to the Windows Phone platform. That will in turn generate buzz so that in the long run partners are easily persuaded to help and invest in Windows Phone in the future. Now, although we (the without Verizon in the US) think that this was a bad move by Microsoft, it will only help to make Windows Phone more famous in the long run, resulting in more sells and users..For those still not convinced August 16 is fast approaching..MBGW
