Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour Meltdown Update Now Available… For Everything But Windows Phone

July 13, 2013 1 Comment

It’s been over 4 months since the initial release of the visually and superb title Modern Combat 4 hit the Windows Phone Store and with that we want to extend our greatest level of appreciation to Gameloft for creating such a beautiful title and releasing it to our beloved OS. Still, the facts remain that Gameloft steadily releases many updates to its titles on Android and iOS and the truth is, we will likely never see any content updates or fixes to games released without our voices heard loud and clear by Gameloft.  Below is a video for their newest update Meltdown for Modern Combat 4:

Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour’s Meltdown

Description:

Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour’s Meltdown update. Discover tons of explosive new content: New maps from Antarctica to Barcelona, new modes, new weapons, and a new Demolition specialization!

It seems that with every success gained when it comes to AAA titles on the Windows Phone, we are met with a even greater failure. Game studios are starting now to release their bigger IPs to Windows Phone, and in doing that we are showing that Windows Phone is definitely a viable option for those seeking a new smartphone. Recently we were treated to great news concerning the arrival of Halo: Spartan Assault coming exclusively to Windows Phone/Windows 8 devices and albeit, a major success for the Windows community, we are met with the challenge of combating the failures that followed behind.

Lets not let gaming be an area we have to put up a fight for! Remember, WE have the only phone with Xbox built in, not Android, and not iOS.. We can not have Windows Phone be left behind when it comes to content/fixes. We just cant.

To have an Xbox title were told and are fully aware the updating process can be a hassle, but we know with enough noise from its fans, Gameloft will buy into Windows being a great investments. Our beliefs are that even with all the failures and the struggle that exist to stay current, Windows Phone will have its day and we won’t have to beg for games and updates in the future, but that they will be released the same day as the other mobile platforms…MBGW
