Torrex Beta: First BitTorrent Client Hits Windows RT

June 4, 2013 1 Comment

Torrex Beta has landed on the Windows Store as the first BitTorrent Client (to my knowledge). It is available for Windows 8 and Windows RT for free.

  • Streaming: you can immediately start to watch a movie or listen to music without waiting for download completion
  • Built-in player: you can watch the downloaded media content without switching to another application
  • Download any torrent files
  • Download magnet links
  • Background music playback
  • Snapped mode
  • Share contract

Download It For Windows RT

Torrex is a modern BitTorrent client with ability to stream video and audio playback. Using our application you can download any torrents and magnet links and start viewing media content in the built-in media player without waiting for the download completion.

Torrex is the only full-featured BitTorrent client for Windows Store today, which supports x86, x64 and ARM architectures (Windows 8 and Windows RT).

Please, pay your attention that it is just a Beta version of the application and we continue to work hard on Torrex. Our goal is to make a high-quality, easy-to-use and handy product. Please, report us about any problems and bugs you find and do not hesitate to inform us about any features you would like to see in future versions of our application. Your opinion is very important for us. Email: torrex@boo-studio.com
