T-Mobile’s Nokia Lumia 521 Passes Through the FCC

T-Mobile’s version of the budget friendly Nokia Lumia 520, the Lumia 521 has passed through the FCC. It was announced by T-Mobile last month even though no real specs were detailed. We can only imagine that the specs will at least resemble the following.
