Microsoft Granted Patents for Surface Design and Windows Phone Elements

Two days ago, Microsoft was granted several patents regarding their Surface tablets and Windows Phone 8.

For the Surface, Microsoft was granted design patents for its hardware.

They were also granted patents for a few Windows Phone 8 design elements. You can check that out at Patent Bolt.
