Russian Game developer DaSuppaStudios games recently released video of in-game footage of their upcoming game, Metro2033 based on the world famous post-apocalyptic science fiction novel by Russian author Dmitry Glukhovsky of the same name. This turn-based strategy game (that fully utilizes the Unity 3D game engine) takes place several years after the events of the book. The game is set to release March 2013 on Windows Phone Android and iOS devices. Below is the game in all its glory! Take a look:
The game takes place several years after the events of the book “Metro 2033″, in the midst of the new confrontation between the last survivors of a global catastrophe for the influence in the Moscow metro. Periodic skirmishes between the three main factions – the military, traders and scientists – thrill the subway and do not let simple metro inhabitants live quietly. But inner dissensions are not the only thing that bothers people. Strange creatures, children of radiation and some mysterious mind, take away tens of innocent lives daily. The player will have to fight in the subway, develop trade or bring light of almost lost culture and education to survivors as well as find out and eliminate the cause of the attacks in the subway.
We plan on reaching out to the developers of this awesome looking turn based strategy game for more info and exclusive content.
