Windows Phone Lenses Coming to 7.8?

It looks like Microsoft has more in stored for folks who bought and still have Windows Phone 7.x devices. Alot was made about the fact that the update was only bringing in the new start screen. However recently more information has leaked out about the update which leads to believe that there is more that Microsoft isn’t telling us.
Now David Akinjise, product manager at Nokia, answered a few questions regarding Windows Phone 8 and Windows Phone 7.8. At a specific moment, he spoke briefly about Windows Phone lenses which is a feature on Windows Phone 8. According to him however, the feature will also be coming to last gen Windows Phone thanks to the 7.8 update.
For now, we aren’t 100% certain about this ‘fact’ as he could of misspoke or only referring to Nokia exclusive apps like “Cinemagraph” and “SmartShoot” which we already new about.
Only time will tell
