Xbox Music (Zune) Prompts New ‘Terms of Use’ – Personalize Your Music

Xbox Music isn’t officially running yet (and hasn’t replaced Zune either) but today a prompt came up on my Windows Phone (Lumia 900) screen that stated the following:
Set up Account
To continue, you need to read and accept the latest terms of service.
_ Personalize My Music
Send us your music playing and rating data to tailor the Zune experience to your interests.
Privacy Settings
blah blah blah..
Yes it is still called Zune but it looks like things are starting to take shape behind the scenes for Xbox Music’s launch.
