New Nokia Lumia Device Pops Up in China (510)

The Chinese telecom certification board has certified a new Nokia Lumia device in China. The handset is a low end Windows Phone named the Lumia 510.
The handset has the following specs:
- 4 “LCD screen,
- 5MP
- 120.7 x 64.9 x 11.51 (mm), 129 (g)
- GSM-WCDMA-HSPA
- 800MHz MSM7227A + 256MB RAM + Windows Phone 7.5/7.8
The phone is running Windows Phone 7.5/7.8 which goes along with what Nokia said about launching entry level smartphones running WP7.
