Windows Phone 8 Has Hit RTM and On Time

I am not only happy but relieved to hear that Windows Phone 8 has been released to manufacturing (RTM) and is on time. According to WPcentral, the have two sources confirming that the OS’s final build is ready or has already been shipped to OEM’s.

It looks like the two dates that are rumored for Windows Phone 8′s release are October 29th or November 2nd. Don’t be shocked however to see Nokia’s Lumia 920 beat everyone to the punch and come out a bit earlier.

Excited about Windows Phone 8? It is finally almost here.

    You say it’s “on time,” but I have to say, it seems like it’s too late for Nokia. “On time” would have been before the Lumia presser that happened on the 5th.

      On time or not, if they had presented everything on the 5th September, they would have nothing to hype with anymore. Now, we are all awaiting the features list… And this is keeping us excited about it WP8.
      Let’s see what comes next. I guess they are going for big time at end of october, beginning of november (each of the demos they have done is actually showing a few thing they don’t even mention when presenting, so I guess the list is big, and I’m not worrying about it).
