Joe Belfiore Shows Off New ‘Type Ahead’ Feature (Windows Phone 8)

It looks like Joe Belfiore slipped and gave away another Windows Phone 8 feature while showing off the Lumia 920 two days ago. While typing on the Lumia 920, you can see it giving him options to complete his word and options for his next one.


Starting at the 9:56 min mark

This type ahead feature looks to be a very welcome addition to Windows Phone. Hopefully they can bake it into WP7.8 as well.

    There is just more than this. The possibility of changing the favorite
    button to tabs button in Internet explorer is new also… Looking at
    this 10 minutes video, he is already showing a few things that he is not
    mentionning. Why???? My guess is that they just keep more to be
    presented to maintain the hype after the launch of the iThing on the
    12th. It should be part of their communication plan…
