Leaked: Image of HTC Accord?

The above picture is obviously a render and is still sporting the Windows Phone 7.5 start screen but it is being touted as possibly being the long rumored HTC Accord. The image was posted online by an XDA member (Football) and dubbed it the Accord. He has been a member for 5 years and is known for being able to get access to HTC Roms.
Could this really be the HTC Accord? It looks alot like what I would imagine a phone would look like if designed by both HTC and Nokia.
