Amazon: Goodbye Google Maps – Hello Nokia Maps (Kindle Fire)

Just like Apple, Amazon is looking to move away from Google Maps for its products. Amazon has teamed up with Nokia to integrate mapping on its Kindle Fire. Nokia is one of the largest mapping companies since their purchase of Navteq in 2007. Both companies declined to comment but this goes right in line with Nokia saying that they want to be the ‘where Company’.
