Samsung to Inch Closer to Microsoft for Less Dependency on Android/ Google?

August 30, 2012 3 Comments

On the mobile front, Samsung’s bread and butter is the Galaxy Series running Google’s Android OS. Now after that huge court battle with Apple and the $1 Billion they now have to pay them, reports are coming in that Samsung wants to space themselves away from the OS. The Korea Times reported yesterday that Samsung is looking to build a better relationship with Microsoft and Windows Phone to less depend on the Android platform.

Will the Samsung ATIV S running Windows Phone 8 be the start of a great newly found relationship?

Only time will tell.
