Kid’s Corner: Windows Phone 8 to Feature Parental Controls

August 30, 2012 No Comments

I know many parents that hate to let their children play with their phone for fear of what their kids might discover or destroy if they decide to browse through the phone’s contents. Seems as though Microsoft may have helped with this problem. Windows Phone 8 will have a feature called Kid’s Corner. Kid’s Corner will allow the parent to put the phone in a special mode that will have its’ own separate start screen and will let the parent customize the things that their child can access when playing with their parent’s phone. I am sure that parents out there are wondering why it took so long for someone to think of this.
