Apple vs Samsung: Apple Wins $1.05 Billion in Damages

The Apple vs Samsung Saga is finally over (for now). Apple has been awarded $1.05 billion in damages after they stated that Samsung did infringe on Apple’s bounceback patent with all 21 of its products in question. The actually massive total is $1,051,855,000.00 exactly. Samsung in the other hand was awarded nothing in their counter-suit.
This is not only a huge win for Apple but Microsoft as well. We should see OEM’s begin to move away from Android and really start pushing Windows Phone.
