Apple vs Samsung in Court Holds Up Lumia 900 – Not Everyone Needs to Copy

The trial between Samsung and Apple has been a long, confusing and very cold ride with each party accusing the other of copying and/or stealing patents. Today at Apple’s closing arguments, one of Apple’s lawyers actually held up a Nokia Lumia 900 running Windows Phone and stated the following:
“Not every smartphone needs to look like an iPhone.”
Ouch!
Nokia has been given many awards for its unique design of the Lumia 800 and 900.
Not sure who is going to win this thing but I do give Apple credit for pulling out a Windows Phone vs Samsung.
