Microsoft Surface to Cost Only $199? (Windows RT)

Microsoft’s Surface tablet was a HUGE hit when Microsoft showed it off some time ago. What was left was how muh these bad boys would cost. Especially the ‘light’ version which is running Windows RT and would be going up against the iPad. Now i am pretty hesitant at the latest rumor but Engadget is reporting that the Microsoft Surface might cost only $199.
According to an inside source, a session was held at Microsoft’s recent TechReady15 conference and all the details for the tablet were put on the table. This would be very aggressive pricing if it is true and I imagine the tablets would fly off the shelves at that price.
Here is hoping that the rumor turns into a fact when the Microsoft Surface launches on October 26th.
