‘Metro UI’ Now to Become ‘Modern UI’?

Recently we announced that the term Metro was dead because of the fact that Microsoft didn’t want to ruffle any feathers with Metro AG overseas (or so we gather). The term ‘Windows 8′ style began to appear in a few places to replace the term Metro UI (which i think is a horrible idea).
Now however, the term ‘Modern UI’ is beginning to take form and it is being used by a few Microsoft employees. I loved ‘Metro’ but ‘Modern’ is a great replacement and hopefully it sticks by October.
