Microsoft and the Xbox Team has just added tattoos to the Xbox Marketplace (Tattoo Collection). You can now look through an assortment of different tattoos for your avatar.

You can look around and browse through them like clothing. The only downside is that you can’t wear them with your current style as it comes attached with a specific piece of clothing.
