Oppo to Join Windows Phone 8 List of OEM’s Next Year? (Bring Over Worlds Thinnest Smartphone?)

July 24, 2012 1 Comment

Windows Phone 8 might have another OEM in its corner soon as WPdang is reporting that Chinese manufacturer Oppo looks to be joining the cast in 2013. Oppo is known for its unique designs and thin smartphones. Take a look at the Find 3 above which they tout as the worlds thinnest smartphone at 6.65 mm thick while still carrying a powerful dual-core 1.5 GHz CPU.

Hopefully these rumors are true and the handset maker is on its way to deliver Windows Phone 8 handsets to the masses. I would love to see what they can build to play host to the attractive and easy to use Windows Phone OS.

Take a look at an unboxing and hands-on of Oppo’s Find 3

Wouldn’t mind checking out something like that in the US.
