.Samsung has published their cross platform messaging app “Chat On” on the Windows Phone Marketplace.

Features Include:

  • Animated messages (via drawing)
  • Location info
  • Calendar
  • Multimedia sharing (and storage)
  • Group chat
  • Interaction Rank

The app is totally free but only for Samsung Windows Phone devices.
