On May 3, 2012, Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP filed a complaint alleging violations of the federal securities laws by Nokia Corporation and certain of its officers and/or directors. The class action was commenced in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of purchasers of Nokia securities between October 26, 2011 and April 10, 2012 (the “Class Period”).
We all knew things would be like this for Nokia during this transitional period since switching OS is a very big deal and takes time to implement and deliver. Don’t think that Nokia will hesitate and switch their gameplan now though as Nokia’s new chairman of the board is very Confident in their Windows Phone Plan. Also we just founf out that the Lumia 900 was in fact the 2nd best selling phone on AT&T last month.
