The Web Marketplace is Now Available in 22 New Countries
May 3, 2012 1 CommentMicrosoft has announced that the Windows Phone marketplace is now available in 22 new countries.
The new countries are Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Croatia, Estonia, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, UAE, Bahrain, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kazakhstan, Israel, Thailand, and Vietnam.
It is starting to make alot of sense now why Microsoft dropped the apps from Zune as it is much faster to spread the marketplace via the web than via software.
