Is This a Nokia Lumia 900 Running Windows Phone 8? (Apollo)

Is this a Lumia 900 running Windows Phone 8 aka Apollo? PhoneArena was sent this mysterious image showing what seems to be a beta version of Windows Phone 8. We can’t see any buttons or the front facing camera so some are saying that it might be a prototype, others suggest that because of the angle the picture was taken – its just too dark to tell.
If this in fact the Lumia 900, it is proof that Apollo will be making it to atleast a few Mango devices.
What do you guys think? Is this Apollo? Lumia 900?
