Windows Phone 8 RTM by July? More Whispers of Current Devices Being Upgradable

Please bear with us, until Microsoft lets everyone in on what is going on, rumors will be flying around left and right about Windows Phone 8 (Apollo). This next one should be treated just as that, a rumor.
At WP7Forum.ru, they are claiming that a reliable source has divulged information to them concerning Windows Phone 8. They are stating that it will RTM and be released to OEM’s by July. Another part of the rumor is that current Windows Phone devices will in fact be upgradable to Apollo (Windows Phone 8).
Hopefully this gets straightened out soon but I wouldn;t count on it.
