Microsoft and Carriers Targeting June for Windows Phone Tango Update

April 18, 2012 No Comments

According to Mi Movil Windows,  two sources have come forward to confirm that Microsoft and carriers are aiming at a June release for the Windows Phone 7.5 refresh (Tango OS build 8773).

Tango will allow manufacturers to make even lower end devices by only needing 256MB. Although the update will also include new features like adding multiple images, videos and voice notes through MMS.

Curious to see which carriers around the world pick up on the update first. Like always, we will be all over the situation and listing which carriers are updating to tango on which devices and when.
