Nokia: Wont Take Long to Bring PureView technology to Windows Phone

March 4, 2012 1 Comment

I was amazed when Nokia announced their pureview technology at the Mobile World Congress this year. I was shocked and down right confused that this technology was not on a Windows Phone. That 41MP camera and the technology should of landed on Windows Phone so much so that their stocks even took a dip after the announcement.

Now we finally are getting work from Nokia via an interview with Finnish newspaper Aamulehti Nokia Senior Vice President Jo Harlow, that Pureview technology will bot take too long before it debuts on a Windows Phone.

I can’t say precisely when, but it will not take very long.”  – Nokia Senior Vice President Jo Harlow

With Windows Phone 8 approaching fast. I wouldn’t doubt that Nokia’s Windows Phone 8 devices will be loaded with Pureview and maybe a 41MP camera to boot.
