Nokia’s Lumia 800 Lands in Sweden – Gets Huge Promo Spots on Carrier Sites

January 23, 2012 No Comments

Remember how hot Nokia branded Windows Phones were in Sweden that a giant retailer there actually imported T-Mobile branded Lumia 710 devices to sell. Now Lumia 800’s are officially up for sale. Not only are they up for sale at carriers like Telia and Telenor but the lumia-800 is also available now in many retail stores.

Not only is this great for Sweden but for Windows Phone also as the lumia-800 has been posted on the front pages of carrier websites working as great promos. wingadget points out that this is the first time that a Windows Phone gets so much carrier attention in Sweden.

Hopefully all of this translates to bigger and better sale numbers for Windows Phone.
