Nokia Lumia 800, a Phone Fit for Superman

One brave member of the XDA site decided to put the Nokia Lumia 800 to the test by giving it to her child. We all know that children will put things through the ringer.

The child managed to drop the Lumia 800 from the balcony of a hotel, the phone landed on concret only a couple of inches away from the hotel and shockingly, the phone was in pristine condition.

As if one tough fall of the phone was not enough, the child again dropped the phone in a similar situation. This time the power button popped off. After the button was replaced the phone was still in working condition.

This says a lot about the durability of Nokia devices. I’m sitting at the edge of my seat waiting for Nokia Windows Phone devices to hit the US.
