As we all know, the new generation of Windows Phone will be sporting front-facing cameras which will be used for video chat. The Windows Phone YouTube channel posted a video demonstrating the video chat feature in Windows Phone 7.5.

If it works as fluidly as it does in this demo it is going to be one SWEET feature!
