September 13, 2011 No Comments

With the release of Mango come tons of new features. One of the coolest ones is the support of augmented reality. Take a look at this video demo put together by Jared Bienz of Microsoft. He shows us the Microsoft AR starter kit for augmented reality. I can’t wait to see what our awesome Windows Phone developers come up with using this technology.

Learn what the upcoming AR Starter Kit is and how it can help you rapidly build geo-based augmented Reality applications on Windows Phone.

This kit has not been released to the public yet. It will be put on CodePlex after we complete our internal review process. You can contact jbienz@microsoft.com if you have any questions.
