Mango Promo Going on in Taiwan[EDITED]

Microsoft has put up a page that is apparently a Windows Phone Mango promo in Taiwan for September 9th.

We Love Windows Phone is saying that it might be the day that the Mango update is pushed out to handsets.

Being that today is September 9th in Taiwan it will only be a matter of time before we know all the gory details but lets hope it is the beginning of the Mango update rollout.

ETA: Seems as though Mango is not coming for Taiwan today. Microsoft is however holding two promotions for Windows Phone Mango. The first is being held on Facebook where users can upload their self-designed live tiles and the winner will receive a Mango device. For the second promo which began on September 8th, Microsoft joined forces with an Ice cream company. By eating the Mango flavored ice cream from that company one may enter a drawing to win a Mango device.
