Samsung has launched a printing app for it’s Samsung branded Window Phone devices called “Mobile Print”.
You can get it now on the marketplace for a grand total of free:

Mobile Print is a free application which enables print photos and SNS contents directly from your smartphone. The application also enables scanning documents to your mobile device directly.
