All of Nokia’s Future Devices Will Be NFC Enabled

Nokia is making a huge push for NFC technology.

Recently at the Hong Kong launching of their 3 new Symbian Handsets, Nokia also made it their point to let people know that their serious about NFC technology. So serious in fact that they are going to place an NFC chip in every single device they make from now on – Including all future Windows Phones.

Ilari Nurmi, a vice-president of Nokia:

“From now on, all of our products will have an NFC chip inside. All other NFC-equipped devices can also link to our products,”

NFC technology is not only going to be used for tap and go payments but also for accessories. Take look at the bluetooth headset that Nokia recently showed off that contains NFC tech

Just tap your device and the headset together and they will sync – It doesn’t get simpler than that.
