HTC Meetup to be the Unveiling Of HTC Eternity and Omega?

August 22, 2011 No Comments

We recently wrote about how HTC was going to be holding a meetup in London on September 1st. The last time that HTC held this type of get together, the timing coincided with the release of a new device.

It was to be expected that people would speculate that the meetup on September 1st would be either the release or the debut of new handsets.

Rumors circulating suggest it is the latter. Website BGR is claiming that Spetember 1st will mark the unveiling of HTC’s Eternity and Omega, HTC’s first Windows Phone 7 devices running the Mango update. The Eternity is expected to sport a screen of 3.7 inches and is said to be coming to AT&T, while the Omega is expected to have a 4.5-inch screen and be coming to T-Mobile.

September 1st will mark the beginning of a very exciting time for Windows Phone.
